Men’s grooming has changed somewhat over time, but a great scent always makes a good first impression!
We all get a little sweaty at times, so here’s a few tips to help you stay fresh and smell great throughout the day.
Take A Shower
A shower helps you feel refreshed and energetic. Try using a good shower gel or body wash, and change into fresh clothes afterwards.
Brush Your Teeth
Make it a habit to brush your teeth at least twice a day. Use a fluoride-rich toothpaste and a mouthwash for better cleaning and long-lasting fresh breath.
Brushing your teeth regularly helps keep oral diseases, cavities and bad breath at bay.
Mints or chewing gum can also come in handy for fresher breath.
Use A Good Body Fragrance
Using a good deodorant and/or cologne will help you stay fresh. Deodorant helps block the smell of your sweat, but if you’re already a little smelly after a gym session or a long day, trying to cover the smell with deodorant might only make it worse!
Wash your Hair Regularly
Your hair can get smelly too! It’s important to wash your hair on a regular basis.
Try using a great-smelling shampoo and conditioner. Hair cream or serum will also lock the in the freshness and keep your hair smelling great.
If you feel the need, take a short bathroom break when at work or school and freshen yourself up. Try keeping body mist or cologne handy.
