However, keeping sanitary issues in mind, you need to remember not to use the tube directly, instead squeeze a little bit onto a cotton swab.

Use Deodorant or Antiperspirant You may not believe but a deodorant will help stop bleeding and allows the formation of clot. It contains aluminum chloride which help in stanching bleeding and causes blood clot. Spray deodorant on your fingers and gently apply on the wounded part.

Styptic Pencils- An important aspect of your shaving kit. A styptic pencil contains mineral astringents like anhydrous aluminum sulfate, titanium dioxide etc. which is a perfect remedy to shaving cuts and nicks. Moreover, styptic pencil is very easy to apply. Just wet the tip and press it against the cut for a few seconds. It will tingle a little but the pain is worth as it stops the bleeding and results in blood clot.
